previous comment was out of topic, that's not libgtk2.0-dev that Depends libtiff4-dev, libtiff4-dev is a Build-Depends for gtk+2.0, closing the bug that's not one. Seems you are confused by what Build-Depends are, you should rather use a support ticket on an user list if you have questions about that
