Can you provide a sample ogg file (or a link to one)? I have also read about the new ffmpeg2theora 0.27 and it's support for the new ogg skeleton4 data (in fact I filed bug #624742 ), but I'm not sure if this is enabled by default or whether an option needs to be specified at run- time.
