DMPS suspend is no longer trigged by gnome-power-preferences.

Instead the CRT (Samsung 950p) just displays a "no signal" message.

This was working in all previous ubuntu releases.

The following commands properly puts the display into suspend mode:

xset +dpms
xset dpms force suspend

So its not the display, but something different about how gnome-power-
preferences puts the display to sleep.

Jaunty upgrade as of today, gnome 2.26.1, on a Duron 800 kt7 board w/
nvidia 5200 AGP gfx.

.b.
