[Bug 63485] Rhythmbox's cover art plugin should support cover.jpg files like other GNOME music players

Public bug reported:

Banshee and Muine, for example, use cover.jpg files and not folder.jpg
files. Rhythmbox's cover art plugin should be able to fall back to
cover.jpg files if folder.jpg files are not present, for compatibility
reasons.
