I'd also like to confirm that I'm having this problem. In any case, I
found that if you export to LaTeX and remove the
"\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}" line and then regenerate the pdf, the problem
goes away. I can zoom upto 6400% without any blurriness or pixelation.
This is rather inelegant but clearly theres a bug in that particular
