Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

Ok, i am experiencing the strangest thing. When i go and run my app
called Pytask (http://launchpad.net/pytask) it seems to theme itself
wrong, and so going by a process of elimination, I've discovered that it
isn't Pytask that is the problem since i tried reverting back to an
earlier revision (from months ago) and running it again, which
reproduced the bug.

I also confirmed that it is reproducible on other maverick installs, not
just mine, so it is not unique to my exact maverick install.
