Binary package hint: nautilus

I am not able to delete or cut files in one of my drives'
I am seeing some 'locked symbols' in all the files and folders of that 
particular disk drive.When i refresh it it moves away.
Earlier it was not happening,i think it is a virus attack,because it surfaced 
after putting a pen drive.
