Public bug reported: Binary package hint: bug-buddy
You can scroll but the scroll bar never appears to move. Doesn't really impact package performance but it IS a little confusing and "unpolished". ;) The "What were you doing when the application crashed?" area scroll bars work normally, so this is probably a fairly minor bug somewhere. However: This exact issue is also present in update-manager: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/64633 (from where I canabalized most of this bug report) therefore I think this may be something related to GNOME in general. I'm not sure how it would be best to file that... Noticed this after upgrade to Edgy beta from Dapper.
