Note that for "normal" (not mailto) links, whether they are clickable or
not in evince depends on whether the links are *really* links. See the
attached PDF that has only one link. Comparisons with acrobat reader are
tricky, because though the second row in the PDF is plain text (and
evince accordingly does not treat it as a link), the acrobat reader
makes it clickable by automatically linking *any* http://... text

If you would like to have this feature also in evince, that would be a
wishlist bug, different from the issue here where "real" (mailto) links
are not clickable.
