I know you said no more comments, but I just have to add one more. I don't actually know what Ubuntu's 'mission' is, but I expect it would like to become a popular desktop operating system that can be used and maintained by anyone. Well until you fix your processes I just can't see that even coming close to being true. I'm not being ungrateful, I know and appreciate this amazing free and open software, but I'm trying to help you. You actually made this problem *worse* from one release to the next, the mere fact that you were able to do that doesn't bode well. But anyway, good luck, I hope you get the concentrate on getting basics right however boring that may be.
