Update: I changed the communication protocol in my camera from PTP to "Normal".
The result after connecting the camera was: l...@workstation01:~$ gvfs-mount -l Volume(0): Canon Digital Camera Type: GProxyVolume (GProxyVolumeMonitorGPhoto2) Mount(0): Canon Digital Camera -> gphoto2://[usb:002,006]/ Type: GProxyShadowMount (GProxyVolumeMonitorGPhoto2) Mount(1): Canon Digital Camera -> gphoto2://[usb:002,006]/ Type: GDaemonMount F-spot is also able to see the camera. So the problem seems to be in the PTP mode. -- Canon 20D camera not detected by f-spot and nautilus https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/665516 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gvfs in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
