I just installed the theme pack. The "problem" appears to be the way that theme makes nautilus behave. I was very surprised that it messed with sudos nautilus configuration as well! Unfortunately we cannot work with it since its not "official" ubuntu software. You will need to talk to the person who writes the package theme software. All i can suggest if it is too much of a problem is to remove the theme pack using the "uninstall" script that came with it. Other than that, like I said, you can write the developer and wait for the proper fix if he deems it necessary.
