Hello, I have changed my OS from Lucid Lynx to Maverick Meerkat : Linux marc-eau 2.6.35-22-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP Sat Oct 16 20:45:36 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux Gnome-media : Version : 2.31.6-0ubuntu2 I've made several recordings these last few days, with one lasting 5 minutes and gnome-sound-recorder works beautifully well each time.
