Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

User received email with embedded images as forwarded message, evolution
2.30.3 rendered images correctly but didn't allow user to save images.
When selecting image, user were only prompted with context menu option
of coping image or saving whole email but not the image alone. Coping
option didn't allow user to paste image in to Desktop folder.

Expected results:
When same email was forwarded to Mac OSX Mail client, an attachments were
detected correctly and allowed user to easily extract images in form of
attachment. Same process should be applied to Evolution mail client.
