Binary package hint: brasero

When I try to burn a CD with brasero, be it an audio CD or an image, the
only speeds I can select are "maximum" and 47.9x (which is practically
maximum).

I remember being able to burn at lower speeds a couple of years ago, so
I'm not sure what has happened since.
