I have two installations of 10.10 (i386 Acer AOD250 and amd64 DELL D630) which suffer of the same bug. Only difference is that Maverick doesn't offer any "Automatically unlock this keyring whenever I'm logged in" -option. I don't mind to enter password for keyring passwd once after every boot up, but from two up to four times is too much.
