Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

If I suspend my laptop (i.e. close lid), unplug it, and then open it
back up again, the gnome-power-manager fails to notice that it's now
unplugged. Plugging it back in, gnome-power-manager first shows a notice
that the system is unplugged, then plugged in (correctly). This is on
Ubuntu 10.04 and gnome-power-manager 2.30.0-0ubuntu1

I've attached the output of running
for i in /sys/class/power_supply/*/*; do
  echo $i;
  cat $i;
done

after resume (unplugged... applet nevertheless shows status as being plugged
in):
