With regards to iroli's comments... With a fully update 10.10, I do a print to file of the the PDF given (krimitotal_der_verfluchte...) If I print it to file as a PDF or PostScript file, it seems OK. If I print it to file as an SVG, I get the types of errors mentioned. It also seems to be the same of other PDFs as well.
