Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
It is no longer possible to deactivate Compiz via gnome-appearence- proberties. Simple-ccsm is useless, too. I'm using a classic gnome- desktop with Natty, and this is an Option that I need often. Workaround for now is the use of "metacity --replace" but it would be good to have this possibility back again.
