it took a while to find an example, but here it is with a screen shot showing the Nautilus screen; I think the salient details is the odd bitrate (56kbps) reported by File -- I noticed this on one of the other examples, a super-low bitrate reported, and yet the audio file itself sounded fine, as clear as any of the neighbouring 128 or 192kbps files.
