Further investigation yields more important information about this bug when using "Ubuntu Classic Desktop". After logging into system, the current theme is correctly applied, but after about 20 seconds the top/bottom panels change to default white with black text(does not affect window titlebars). See attached screenshot for a visual of this bug...I need this fixed before Beta 1 - Fix it in time and I'll install Beta 1 natively onto all my development systems (non-VM) for more detailed testing before release in April...
