I believe this bug report needs to be re-opened since I have experienced it very recently. The tittle of the error shows "package gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.28-0ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstshm.so', which is also in package gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.21-1ubuntu4"
