It correctly detects the WIN encoding, which is CP1253, but it doesn't 
correctly detect the DOS encoding.
It claims it to be 437, while the correct one is 737:

Also attaching the correct output, which is produced if one manually specifies 
the encoding:
$ ZIPINFO='-O CP737' zipinfo -v biografiko.zip
