Public bug reported:

I am trying Natty and in applications like Nautilus or Gedit where the
new scrollbars are enabled, when I try to select multiple icons or
multiple lines, when the selection reached the windows margin, the
windows viewport is not scrolled.

To reproduce this bug, try to open a long text file in Gedit. Then while
holding the mouse left button move it down to select multiple lines. Go to the
windows margin as when you would like to select more lines.
The view is not scrolled.
