My Bug #69391 is marked as a duplicate of this one, and that is probably correct, but my Gimp crashes for more scenarios than the one listed above, it can crash doing just about anything (selecting tools, drawing normally etc), however using a tablet does seem to be the common factor so far. That's not to say that it crashes every time I do one of those things, but it may happen a bit randomly.
Just thought I'd mention that.
