Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Fresh 11.04 install, I am unable to change the shortcuts to switch
directly to a given workspace (IE, I use alt+f1 to switch to workspace
1, alt+f2 for #2, etc) with the system settings interface. I had to
install and use ccsm. There should be an all-in-one interface to change
these settings for unity.
