Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Evolution seems not to be able to access gmail through imap.
I configured it according to the information under gmail settings
It worked flawlessy up to last week with the IMAPX protocol.
After the last updates If I use the IMAPX protocol I get
a crash of the program as soon as i try to access gmail mail.

Running it under gdb i got the following message:

Starting program: /usr/bin/evolution
