Binary package hint: evolution
When scrolling the inline email preview (standard evolution layout) with
the mousewheel to read the email the list where it shows the emails
scrolls once every 10-20 mouse wheel scrolls. Doesn't happen all the
time and I can't seem to find a way where it happens definitely.
