Thanks for submitting that information. The "In Progress" status means
that "a developer has taken responsibility to fix the bug and has begun
work" (https://help.launchpad.net/Bugs/Statuses). It does not look like
this is the case yet for this bug, so I'm changing this bug's status
back to "New". That way, it can go through the process of being
confirmed by another user or bug triager, and then of eventually being
worked on by one or more developers. An incorrect status of "In
Progress" would likely prevent developers from realizing that they are
needed for work on this bug. However, if you believe that the "In
Progress" status really is correct, please feel free to set it back (and
also please set the assignee or otherwise explain who's working on the
bug).
