Fix for bug 539477 broke my usage of Mod4-P (incidentally, on a Lenovo laptop). What's the reason for the "Won't Fix" status here?
This is extremely unexpected and annoying behavior. Stealing existing user shortcuts and making them not configurable is unacceptable. Just because some Dell/HP laptops have a certain behavior is not a valid reason for having one of your most heavily used shortcuts in your IDE do something else all of a sudden. Also consider it unacceptable to be asked to change my existing, heavily day-to-day used shortcuts. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/694910 Title: Regression: patch to bug 539477 breaks Super+P keybindings To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/694910/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
