Yes it's reproducible.

If you open a ftp site in krusader and than, open a file in gedit; gedit
takes the information itself (it's visible on the header of window) and
ask the password to you again (i was really confused here).

I make sure the password is right, but gedit says no. Then i realised
the password includes %23 instead of  #.

If you enter a wrong password and say the program not to remember; and
than enter the password yourself; gedit then agree the password and let
you see the file.

I think krusader sends the password in a wrong way or something like
that.
