So, the checkboxes in the "by folder" dialog should be already checked when the "main" checkbox is set in the account, moreover, folder different than the inbox are NOT archived locally, unless I put that tick in all the folders by right clicking over all of them _one by one_ which is tiring and time consuming. Finally, I today experienced a network disconnection, and it was not pleasant to discover that not all the messages in my inbox were stored locally but just the later tenth of them, I don't know if I should report this as a separate bug.
