Public bug reported:

it seem nautilus can't delete("shift-delete") non-empty directories inside a 
sshfs,
in nautilus delete("shift-delete")  non-empty directory yield "Error removing 
file: Opertion not permitted"
rm -r , rmdir of empty dir in cli works,
remove empty dir("shift-delete")  in nautilus works.
empty the a non-empty dir in nautilus then delete the nautilus works.
