Never mind, it looks as if you have a SiS video card.  The SiS driver
has not received much work for a while now and it seems unlikely that it
ever will.  You could try filing a bug upstream at
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ and attach your XorgLog.txt and
GstreamerVersions.txt there, but your best bet would be to add a
discrete video card to your system (or replace the existing SiS discrete
video card).  Even if you have an AGP system you should still be able to
pick up an AGP card such as an ATI Radeon HD4650.

Title:
  video play for a few seconds then a black screen shows and the video
  continues running but only the sound  is playing. Wen minimised to the
  task bar and back again to the desk top the video again shows for a
  few seconds and stop.
