Steps to reproduce

1.) Open System Settings > Display
2.) Make a change to your display (e.g. change the resolution)
3.) Watch the 'Does the display look okay?' dialog

Expected result:

Nothing untoward

Actual result:

The size of the 'Does the display look okay?' text keeps growing every
second second until pretty quickly the window is bigger than the screen
and the buttons cannot be reached.
