It's seem that it was Empathy that was trying to connect to GTalk
endlessy with failure for an unknown reason that caused google to
temporary ban the account to avoid mass connection tryout I guess. I
disabled auto-connect on empathy, then 1 to 2 hours later, I was able to
connect to GTalk with empathy again. I didn't know what causes this
behaviour in Empathy.
