The User applet in gnome-control-center is too basic and doesn't offer
any fine control of the user settings.

It requires:
 * Group  management
 * Gecos field update
 * User privileges (or user's groups)
 * Modification of  additional fields like 'Home directory', 'Shell' and 'User 
ID'
