I'm seeing the same issue on my notebook. The settings window is too
large to fit the screen. When you open it you cannot see the buttons at
the bottom. When you try to click on anything it kind of moves up so now
you can see the buttons at the bottom but not the upper part of the
window (see attached Screenshots).

In addition to that, menu and close, maximize, minimize buttons
disappear when clicking on anything within the window and only reappear
when switching to another window (it doesn't matter which one) and then
switching back (see 3rd screenshot).
