i'm using edgy now, i don't think it still exists, this occurs i think when
you use the uuid to mount the drive in fstab and it gets mounted again using
the location (/dev/hda1). basically it's double using two diff available
technique's, this occurs when not doing a clean format and changing the
locations(/dev/hda*) during the install (b/c of deleting or adding
partitions).

so to reproduce you do a nonclean (noformat) install of dapper (on breezy)
where you change the mounts (delete/add/change paritions) then i think the
system tries to mount the drives using uuid in fstab which is fine, but i
think the computer also tries to mount them using the normal
locations(/dev/hda*), i think this is an ubiquity problem. (installer
problem)
