thanks for the info.
when I run 'ubuntu-bug _usr_bin_gnome-control-center.1000.crash' it give me 
those error[1]

but I can sure my system is update.(sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgarde 
before report bug)
what should I do now?

btw the way I am using the 'awesome' session. not the default 'unity' session. 
those works fine
under 'unity' session.

Title:
   when I click the 'keyboard layout' or 'user accounts'  under 'gnome-
  control-center' it always give me segmentation fault .
