At the end of those instructions, I get:

sudo apt-get install gnome-control-center-dbgsym=3.2.2-0ubuntu1

 Building dependency tree
 Reading state information... Done
 E: Version '3.2.2-0ubuntu1' for 'gnome-control-center-dbgsym' was not found
