WONTFIX is used by developers to say “we will not fix this bug” and/or
“we don't think this is a bug”. In this case, the bug was fixed, just
not released.

I released version 0.5.0 of telepathy-haze just now. It'll show up in
the Telepathy PPA soon, I hope.
