Samsung NF310 gstreamer 0.10.36-1 solves the problem (cheese is working fine, no more cam issue)
I tested daily build 20120415 today: http://www.cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20120415/precise-desktop-amd64+mac.iso No more problem during installation, after entering information about 1st user, the webcam successfully starts up, and the installation is successfull.
