Are you sure this is a dup? #386233 seems to deal with the cases where
some property actually changes while they are been displayed. Here I'm
talking about when you open a folder's properties dialog and the size is
computed "for the first time", and you don't even know when it's done
computing it.
Also this is definitely more than "whishlist". It gives incomplete or
plain wrong information (since you don't know how long you have to stare
at it before the size is correct, at any time you are encouraged to
assume what you see is the total size of the contents of the folder)
