Bubba, thanks very, very much for your comment! I think what you're saying here is very important and it illustrated misleading user- interface design.
Of course to me, "Translate this Application" means that I would be asked to help translate Firefox into another language. To someone else it may mean "translate the webpage I am on to another language", which is a valid assumption. I really think this is important, but a bug tracker isn't the best place for this sort of discussion.
