** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

- Changed default keyboard layout to Dvorak.
- I try to make this system wide by pressing 'Apply System-Wide'
- The authentication dialog comes up but after entering password (tried
multiple times) nothing happens. The button freezes up for a few seconds as if
something is happening then returns to normal. Layout on login screen is still
Qwerty
+ Changed default keyboard layout to Dvorak, but I can't set this layout as
default for all users in Ubuntu 12.04 and 11.10 :(
+ In previous Ubuntu versions I could set keyboard layuot system wide by
pressing 'Apply System-Wide' button in control-center
