Public bug reported: My scenario is thus:
1. Boot to gdm. 2. For some reason my user is not on the screen already so I click "not listed" 3. The user input field appears, and I type my user id and press Enter 4. The password field appears in place of the user field. 5. Wait a second or two and then the "unauthorized" message appears at the bottom of the screen There is a workaround - instead of pressing Enter, if you click the "sign in" button once after typing the user name and then once after typing the password, it will log in successfully. Additionally, after entering the user name, if I have changed the session that I want it will always reset back to "default" when clicking "sign in" so I need to change it again.
