After a chat with the Ubuntu One guys, here's the situation: - The name shown in Rhythmbox ("Purchased from Ubuntu One") comes from the name of the folder in the file system - Changing the name of the "Purchased from Ubuntu One" folder (i.e. making it translatable) might then break sync with systems with a different locale - Simply making the string translatable in Rhythmbox would mean modifying the Rhythmbox code to allow translatable names for monitored folders.
