Public bug reported:
Open a document in evince. Open print dialog. Print to default printer. Print
job is submitted and marked as processed (in print jobs in cups) but the
printer does not print.
Print to file works.
Installed another pdf viewer and printed successfully.
Pdf document was generated by Microsoft Word.
