The same problem. 12.10, clean install. I have many accounts: Google, Jabber (livejournal.com), Facebook, Yahoo, ICQ, etc. And problem may appear with each one of them. For now I can't grant access to Livejournal though yesturday it worked fine. The day before yesturday the problem was with Facebook and Google: Empathy was losing connection with them. Today Livejournal wants authorisation and after pressing "Grant access", it wants it again and again.
